The University of Batangas is honored to be recognized as one of the Top Performing Schools in the 2024 Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) Assessment Examination. With an impressive overall passing rate of 94.12% and a group of 50 to 100 examinees, UB continues to stand as a leader in Human Resource (HR) education, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in developing students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the highly competitive field of HR management.
UB has consistently demonstrated strong performance in the CHRA examinations over the past few years. In the March 2022 Examination (Combined), the university achieved 66 passers, including 4 topnotchers, with the national passing rate at 89.38% and UB’s passing rate at 87.32%. In the December 2022 Examination, 33 passers from UB earned their credentials, with 3 topnotchers. The national passing rate was 72.97%, while UB’s passing rate stood at 80.00%. The November 2023 Examination saw 70 UB passers, with 7 topnotchers, a remarkable achievement compared to the national passing rate of 76.05%. UB’s passing rate for this examination was 90.91%. Most recently, in the November 2024 Examination, 59 UB passers emerged, with 4 topnotchers. The national passing rate for this cycle was 79.83%, while UB’s passing rate reached an impressive 92.19%.
This prestigious award was presented on October 25, 2024, during a formal ceremony held at the F1 Hotel in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
