The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) honored Dr. Gladiola A. Eje-Dimaculangan, RGC, LPT, RPsy, Director of the University of Batangas (UB) Counseling and Psychological Wellness Center (CoPWell) as the 2025 Outstanding Professional of the Year in Guidance and Counseling.
This recognition highlights Dr. Eje-Dimaculangan’s perseverance and unwavering principles, which not only strengthen her professional stature but also elevate UB’s commitment to providing quality mental health services and guidance counseling to its community.
On September 8, 2025, Dr. Jonash Tolentino authored the resolution, commending Dr. Eje-Dimaculangan at the Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Batangas. UB President Lily Marlene Hernandez-Bohn and Senior Vice President for Administration Alex Ramos accompanied her during the ceremony.
