University of Batangas (UB) Table Tennis Head Coach Mr. Daniel A. Deleniana, LPT, MPESS earned the position of Vice-Chairperson of the Umpires and Referees Committee (URC) of the Philippines Table Tennis Federation (PTTF) during the URC Summit 2025, held at Homecourt, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parañaque from August 23 to 24, 2025.
Mr. Deleniana’s election marks a significant milestone for UB’s sports sector, particularly in table tennis, as it enhances the quality of training, prepares student-athletes to become future professionals, and expands opportunities for them to showcase their skills in sports.
Beyond coaching, Mr. Deleniana also serves as an Assistant Professor IV at the College of Arts and Sciences, where he teaches Physical Education.
