From July 9 to 11, 2025, the University of Batangas Institutional Quality Assurance Office (IQAO), in partnership with the Philippine Society for Quality, conducted the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Application Development Course at the Vicente A. Mayo Corporate Center.
In line with UB’s commitment to pursue excellence, the training provided hands-on learning for UB Internal Quality Auditors and IQAO officers. Dr. Joel C. Amante, Senior Assessor of the PQA, facilitated the training as the resource speaker.
The collaboration between UB and PQA reflects the institution’s dedication to aligning with national standards of excellence. Through the training, participants gained the knowledge and skills to conduct self-assessments, enabling them to evaluate their strengths and identify areas for improvement.
