The University of Batangas undeniably remains committed to consistently providing quality education to its students as it ranked as the Top One Performing School
in the recently concluded Electronics Engineering (ECE) and Electronics Technician (ECT) Board Examinations.
With 56 of its students acing the ECT board exam, the university obtained an 88.89% passing rate and bagged the most-sought after placements after Engr. Mark
Justine R. Cudiamat and Engr. Ian Piolo B. Evangelista secured the first and third spots, respectively.
Meanwhile, the university achieved a 53.13% passing rate in the ECE examination, registering 34 new electronics engineers with Engr. Johnson Ralph F. Perez and Engr.
Camille Joy B. Vidal reaping the fifth and seventh spots. Through a virtual flag ceremony, the University of Batangas recognized the roll of newly licensed engineers and granted cash incentives to the topnotchers for bringing pride and recognition to the university.
Meanwhile, topnotchers Engr. Cudiamat and Engr. Evangelists both honored the University of Batangas as they expressed their gratitude for its consistent guidance and
dedication in providing them the necessary resources to achieve their licenses. “Looking back to my journey, I always feel that I made the right decision on choosing the University of Batangas with its really bright professors, interactive learning system, and quality materials. All of these are reflected on its graduates and on its topnotchers,” Engr. Cudiamat shared.
“Despite the ongoing pandemic, the dedicated instructors of this university never abandoned us and instead, doubled on their efforts to educate us on the fundamentals and the skills needed to pass and ace our board exams,” Engr. Evangelista added.
