UBLC produces 100% passers in April 2026 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination

The University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC), through the College of Management and Tourism, achieved a significant academic milestone as its Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management graduates recorded a 100 percent passing rate in the April 2026 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination, surpassing the national passing percentage of 81.14 percent. The achievement highlights the university’s sustained commitment to academic excellence and professional readiness aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), which promotes inclusive and quality education that equips learners with competencies for sustainable careers.

The successful examinees are Nikolai Rey Anthony M. Abutal, REB; Erica Mae S. Clauor, REB; and Carlo Biko A. Donato, REB demonstrated outstanding competence in professional real estate practice, reflecting the effectiveness of UBLC’s outcomes-based instruction, rigorous academic preparation, and industry-relevant training. The licensure examination, administered nationwide in April 2026, evaluates graduates’ mastery of real estate principles, legal frameworks, appraisal, brokerage operations, and ethical professional standards essential to the Philippine real estate sector.
