The University of Batangas Lipa City (UBLC), through its College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE), formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Huachiew Chalermprakiet University in Thailand, marking a significant step forward in fostering international academic cooperation.
