The Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association Batangas Chapter, in collaboration with the University of Batangas, successfully conducted its 9th Professional Assembly on April 4, 2025. The event took place at the UBLC Tiered Hall, Building C, and was attended by guidance counselors and other professionals in the city.
Under the theme of “Building Bridges: Strengthening the Learning Experience of Neurodivergent Students Through Effective Guidance and Counseling,” the assembly provided a setting where professionals met for a day of learning and productive discussion. Participants engaged in discussions, swapped best practices, and explored methods aimed at supporting neurodivergent students within the school setting. Through the active participation of various institutions and sectors, the assembly was yet another step towards building a more caring and supportive learning environment.
