UB inks MOA with LTO for Basic Driving Course integration in the K-12 Curriculum

University of Batangas and Land Transportation Office have teamed up to bring
road safety campaign right in the doorstep of every classroom of Junior High School
students. On July 4, 2022, UB and LTO signed the agreement for the integration of
LTO “Students Today, Road Users Tomorrow (STRUT) Modules in the K-12
Curriculum of the University. UB is the pioneer private school who will implement
the theoretical module for student drivers. Students would only need to present the
diploma to LTO and are now qualified for driver license.

College of Allied Medical Sciences produces new licensed therapists

The role of University of Batangas as a source of well-trained and well-rounded healing professionals was highlighted once more through its new board passers.

At the flag ceremony held on June 13, 2022, a total of eight graduates from the university’s College of Allied and Medical Sciences (CAMS) were honored for passing the board exams. Five of those alumni were able to hurdle their Physical Therapy Licensure Exam while the remaining three passed their Occupational therapy exams.

UB College of Engineering produces 150 new engineers; UBian tops in two licensure exams

University of Batangas has shown once more the excellence of its engineering education, after producing another roster of passers in four licensure examinations namely Mechanical Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Electronics Technician and Electrical Engineer licensure examinations. The university outperformed the national passing rate in all exams.
