The annual initiative served as a one-stop employment event that directly connected qualified applicants with potential employers while promoting career readiness and workforce participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Annual Job Fair gathered private-sector employers and government agencies from various industries to provide employment opportunities across different fields and professional disciplines. Participating organizations conducted on-site recruitment activities, including application screening, interviews, and employment consultations, allowing applicants to explore available positions and begin their hiring process in a convenient and accessible setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Designed to bridge the gap between education and employment, the initiative enabled participants to engage directly with recruiters, learn about industry requirements, and discover career pathways aligned with their academic qualifications, skills, and professional aspirations. By bringing employers and job seekers together in one venue, the event strengthened collaboration between the University and industry partners while expanding employment opportunities for the UBLC community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Student Affairs and External Programs Office continues to organize programs that support graduate employability and career development by creating meaningful linkages with industry partners, government agencies, and employers.
