Designed as an academic and experiential learning initiative, the fair provided students with a simulated marketplace where business theories were translated into real-world practice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serving as a final academic requirement for courses including Service Culture, Fundamentals of Business Process Outsourcing, Credit and Collection, Principles of Marketing, and Principles of Marketing, participating students from the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, selected Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and Bachelor of Science in Legal Management programs conceptualized, managed, and operated their own business booths.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initiative strengthened practical competencies in marketing, financial management, customer relations, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving while promoting innovation, ethical entrepreneurship, and industry readiness \u2013&nbsp;supporting United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) 4 (Quality Education), 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), and 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout the two-day activity, student-managed booths showcased diverse business concepts evaluated by a panel of judges based on creativity, marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, profitability, visual presentation, teamwork, and overall business management. The fair fostered collaboration among students, faculty, and academic programs, reflecting UNSDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and UNSDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by encouraging community-oriented entrepreneurship and cooperative learning environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the awarding and closing program, Kanto sa Baryo (FM2A &amp; HRDM2A) emerged as Champion, followed by Snack N\u2019 Match (MKTG3A) as 2nd Place and Pista sa Nayon (LM2A) as 3rd Place, with participating teams including Aloha Loca (Non-ABM), Devil Fruitbar (MKTG2A), and Easy Picks (FM3A).
