Abanto, focusing on the link between acknowledging past experiences and achieving emotional healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The core of the gathering was a seminar led by Ms. Arlene Rose J. Abanto, who discussed the topics of hope and faith, specifically tackling how acknowledging one\u2019s experiences can serve as a stepping stone to healing. This was followed by an open forum for participant reflections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seminar was complemented by therapeutic activities designed to facilitate emotional release and self-reflection. Participants viewed inspiring stories about transformation and redemption. Another core activity was&nbsp; the use of paper and crayons to create drawings that symbolized their strengths, struggles, and aspirations.
