The festival was conducted under the guidance of Dean Dr. Mayling I. Capuno, and aimed to explore diverse narratives rooted in social commentary, personal experiences, and local culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SineMulat 2025 served as both an artistic showcase and an educational activity, encouraging students to use film as a medium for meaningful dialogue.
