The University of Batangas (UB) College of Engineering (CENG) proved once more that they are a premier institution for engineering excellence as it secured the rank of second top performing school nationwide in the March 2026 Electronics Engineering Licensure Examination.<\/em> The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results on March 24, 2026, highlighting the university’s exceptional academic performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The university achieved an impeccable 100% passing rate for first-time examinees, alongside a stellar 86.67% overall passing rate. This double milestone reflects the university\u2019s consistent commitment to high-quality instruction and rigorous board exam preparation within CENG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thirteen graduates from the Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering (BS ECE) program successfully navigated the licensure hurdles to earn their professional titles. These new engineers represent the university’s mission to produce technically proficient leaders ready to contribute to the nation\u2019s technological infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UB proudly recognizes the following successful passers: Engr. Christine Joy E. Angeles, Engr. Nathaniel Rei S. Baral, Engr. Francis Jay G. Bautista, Engr. John Vincent C. Belen, Engr. Marc Vince C. Cometa, Engr. Derek Alfred F. Ebora, Engr. Vonn Lester F. Fallurin, Engr. Deane Andrew R. Inciong, Engr. Christine Z. Morfi, Engr. Klark Kent S. Pantalla, Engr. Maryfaith A. Pascual, Engr. Jerald Joshua L. Silva, and Engr. Desiree A. Garcia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This institutional success directly supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reinforcing the university’s role in sustainable global advancement. By maintaining top-tier educational standards and producing board-certified professionals, the university champions SDG 4: Quality Education.
