In celebration of World Teachers’ Day this October, the Academic Affairs Division organized a heartfelt event titled “Tara! Kape Tayo at Pandesal, Munting Salo-salo ng mga Gurong Mahal” <\/em>held on October 21, 2024, at the University of Batangas – Batangas City Campus. This delightful breakfast gathering featured coffee and pandesal, specifically designed to appreciate the hard work and dedication of our educators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event brought together faculty members from the Junior High School, Senior High School, College, Graduate School, and College of Law. It served as a light-hearted occasion to foster camaraderie among teachers, providing a much-needed break and a chance to relax amidst their busy schedules. Additionally, a similar event was held simultaneously at the UB Grade School to also honor our grade school teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notable attendees included Dr. Aurora P. Tolentino, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Lolita F. Tegon, AVP for Academics; Atty. Vicente Bernardo V. Mayo Jr., AVP – Legal, along with the deans, faculty members and some non-teaching personnel. This year marked the second time this event was held, reflecting the university’s commitment to celebrating the invaluable contributions of its educators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gathering was a wonderful opportunity for teachers to connect, share experiences, and enjoy a moment of togetherness, as we acknowledge their essential role in shaping the minds and futures of our students.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
