Gearing towards enhancing the pupils’ love for reading books, the UB Grade School department initiated a “Read a Book Day”, last September 6, 2023.
Through this activity, Grade 3 and 6 pupils visited the library during their English classes and they were able to choose a book of their liking to read. Activities about the book were given to the pupils right after reading. Meanwhile, Grade 1 pupils had a storytelling session with the Grade School Assistant Librarian, Mr. Aguido Ebreo, and Mr. Jonathan Ramirez, Principal. 
Another round of the Read a Book day for Grades 2, 4, and 5 will be set for next week, September 13, 2023.
