University of Batangas remarkably bagged the most-sought after spots in the February 2019 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination

University of Batangas and the College of Engineering continues its tradition of
excellence with 83 newly registered mechanical engineers in the February 2019
Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination. University of Batangas emerged again at
the top as three of its alumni bagged the most-sought -after top spots.
Engr. Jayson D. Perez scored 92.40% sealing him in the first place. Engr. Jerwin F.

Guidance and Counseling Practitioners nestled in the province of Batangas find home in the
oldest university in the province, University of Batangas (UB) through the latter’s partnership
with the Philippine Guidance Counseling Association (PGCA) - Batangas Province Chapter.
UB headed by its university president, Dr. Hernando B. Perez together with the Chairman of the
Board, Atty. Jesus V. Mayo signed a memorandum of agreement with PGCA - Batangas
represented by its president, Dr. Gladiola A. Eje-Dimaculangan together with the PGCA

University of Batangas produces 83 Newly Registered Mechanical Engineers

The University of Batangas and College of Engineering posted another exemplary
performance after producing 83 newly registered mechanical engineers in the
Mechanical Engineering Board Examinations held last February.
The results, released last February 28,2019, showed UB’s passing percentage at
80.58% which was way above the 50.49% National Passing Percentage wherein 1,538
passed out of 3,046 examinees, making University of Batangas as the Top 3 Performing
School nationwide.
