No less than the fundamental law of the land promotes the right of all citizens to quality
education. The Admissions Office recognizes the right of gifted children with special
needs to specialized education and training. As such, the office aims to assist in
recognizing this right to education bearing in mind the ultimate goal of providing
mainstream instructions to said children in the future.
