Justine Reyes, fifth year Accountancy student from University of Batangas was listed as the Champion in
the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) - Southern Tagalog Region (STaR)
Regional Accounting Quiz Bowl held last February 15, 2019 at ACB Auditorium, UP Los Baños Laguna.
Justine Reyes is one of the two representatives of PICPA-Batangas Chapter in the Advance Level of the
said contest where she was also hailed as Champion.
Reyes bested representatives from other local PICPA Chapters: Quezon, Laguna, Mindoro and Cavite.
While competing in the Intermediate Level of the said contest is also a proud UBian, Allyna Mae
Magsalay, fourth year Accountancy student who finished as the 4 th Runner Up.
University of Batangas is indeed proud of these students, having represented Batangas Chapter to the
Regional Level. Winners received medals and cash prizes.
