University of Batangas and its College of Business and Accountancy has, once again,
conquered the board examination after 10 of its graduates passed the October 2018
CPA Licensure Examination, with the results released last October 22,2018.
Included in the roster of UB’s successful CPA examinees are Renz Crystel M.
Abanador, Princess Micole G. Aclan, Rhealyn M. Brucal, Dwight Emerson E. Buelos,
Ayra Kamil S. Gambol, Yricka Bianca L. Garcia, Mary Maye M. Igno, Nila D. Macalalad,
Judith Camille U. Maralit and Karen M. Umali.
UB, meanwhile raked a 27.78% passing rate, higher than the 25.19% National Passing
percentage where 3,616 out 14,355 examinees passed.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conducted the CPA licensure exam in
the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena,
Tacloban and Tuguegarao on October 6, 7 and 13, 2018.
The oath taking ceremony for the board exam passers will be on November 19, 2018 at
the PICC.
